Are FloMix repairs waterproof or chemically-resistant?

FloMix seals, waterproofs and fuel-proofs asphalt. It is unaffected by dilute acids and bases, gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, antifreeze, or lubricating oils and is insoluble in most solvents and chemicals.
