Yes, FloMix can be used as a finish surface/levelling course on an asphalt sidewalk. The cost would be about eght hundred dollars. You would need about eight kits and three bags of rock and you would have to place a form around the area to hold the product in place until it sets. You would also need to place black topping sand on the surface.
