How does the flexset work with aggregate driveways?

Flexset does not work with aggregate driveways because It would take a great deal of flexset to cover the rock and hold it in place. The rock would have to be clean and free of moisture before flexset can be used. Depending on the size of the driveway the cost would be extremely high.
