I have a low spot just inside my garage doors. Can I just build it up a little and screte it level or would you suggest roughing it up with a masonry blade first? Thanks

You can buildup your low area with our flexset material. Flexset is self leveling and you can use a concrete trowel to feather out the material to met the surrounding concrete. You can use a masonry blade if you would like too but it is not necessary. Flexset will adherar to the existing concrete if dry and clean.
