I would like to add a slope to my back patio because water pools in the middle after it rains. It is about 11 X 5 feet. What would be the best way to do this?
Most likely you would want to do this with concrete because a patio of that size would be cost-prohibitive for FlexSet. However, it would last longer and set up much more quickly if you used FlexSet. Should you decide to do that with FlexSet, you would want to pre-place rock on one side so that you could build it up to about an inch. Then you would trowel it down to the other side to about half an inch. That would provide enough slope for drainage.
