Q: I need to do some repair work to an old asphalt tennis court at our home. It has large cracks that are a tripping hazard. Some measure 3 inches in width and run half the length of the court. What's my best option? I'm too cheap to resurface the court. I understand any repairs I do will only be temporary. I would consider 5 years a success. Thanks

A: I would recommend you use Roklin flomix to make these repairs. In the 3 inch width cracks you should fill with dry and clean 1/4 in rock before placing the flomix. The repairs should last five years or longer.

Q: Approximately how many feet will the concrete welder seal the concrete is app. 4

A: At a depth of 4 inches and a width of 1/8 inch you would expect 7 feet per cartridge with no sand. Add sand on a 2 to 1 ratio and you will get 14 feet. Add sand on a 3 to 1 ratio and you will get 21feet per Cartridge. We do sell the guns at $60 each and of course if the crack is not the full 4 inches or not the full 1/8 inch wide we would expect better coverage per tube.

Q: I have a low spot just inside my garage doors. Can I just build it up a little and screte it level or would you suggest roughing it up with a masonry blade first? Thanks

A: You can buildup your low area with our flexset material. Flexset is self leveling and you can use a concrete trowel to feather out the material to met the surrounding concrete. You can use a masonry blade if you would like too but it is not necessary. Flexset will adherar to the existing concrete if dry and clean.
