Q: My concrete entrance ramp at my car wash has developed several cracks and holes. My deepest crack or hole is about 12 A: I would recomend that you use our flexset product for the larger areas and concret welder for the smaller areas. However you would have to make sure that the areas you were going to use the product are free of water until it cures. You can put traffic on the repair an hour after placing it. |

Q: Hi Ben,I have a small asphalt driveway next to the house that was laid down by the previous owner incorrectly, that it grades negatively toward the house. The basement is dry so far but I know this is still a problem. I've had paving companies look at the property and they've told me that I can fix it by either repaving the entire driveway, or just pave a little wedge bump-up next to the house to create a drainage channel. I'd like to know if I can use this product to do the job myself? Is it doing to be lasting and durable as the hot asphalt? Thanks. A: You can use asphalt to create a wedge bump-up next to your house. After placing the wedge bump cover it with flomix. This will water proof the area. Our flomix product is very durable and you can do the work your self. |

Q: This sounds like the product i need for repairing some small potholes (6 A: You can mix half the bottles with half the sand then mixing the remainder of the bottles and sand for the second batch. You can repair the smaller areas with the product also. At 72 degrees your working time would be 18 to 20 minutes and if you made the repair in the morning or evening you would have the additional time to place the material. |
