Q: i have an area 200 sq ft of crocdile in my drivewayi hate to repave it at this time. i need a quick fix to repair it to last a few yrs so i can have the money to do it right.please give me some advice what and how to do it'' thank you

A: It would depend on how badly the driveway is cracked. If the cracks are not to bad you can surry seal them. If the cracks are bad you can use our flowmix material. It would cost about a 1000 dollars to cover the 200 s. f. area 1/8 in thick.

Q: I have hairline cracks in my parking structure. Is FlexSet liquid enough to inject into the cracks? What's the best method to ensure the FlexSet gets deep into the cracks?

A: I would not use our flexset product. I would use our 21oz cartridges of concrete welder product. I would make sure that the cracks are clean, dry and free of any material. You can go to our web site for additional information on concrete welder product.

Q: I have a sunken drain at the bottom of my sloped driveway. It is down about 2 inches. If I build the structure of the drain back up what product do I use to patch around the round drain?Any other suggestions are welcome. Tks

A: If your driveway is concrete. I would use flexset to patch around the drain and match the sides of the driveway. If the driveway is asphalt I would use flowmix to make the repair.

Q: Hello,I had a quick question regarding your Flomix Asphalt Repair kit.I am considering this for use on my home driveway but am a little concerned about the grade. Is there a recomended maximum slope that this can be effectively used on? The obvious concern of if the material will simply flow down the driveway towards my garage and not repair the the areas at the top and middle of the slope.I just want to be sure Im selecting the right product for the job. I can send photos of the driveway if you think it would help.Best Regards,David JohnstonHarwinton, CT

A: The recomended maximum slope that flomix can effectively be used is 2%.

Q: Driveway a bit ragged, aggregate starting to show in some spots. Was going use hot melt PliStix for some cracks and smaller gouges, and the 6

A: I'm not familiar with the products you named in your E Mail. flowmix would fill cracks, smaller gouges and the 6" wider problem areas. Flowmix will also cover the areas you described and give you a smooth finished appearance. It is hard to say how long it would last not being able to see the condition of your driveway but I feel that it would last two to three times longer than other products.

Q: Hello,I have an Asphalt Driveway with a 12 inch pot hole in it. Which of the Roklin products or combination of products should I use to repair it. I will send pictures. Thank Claude - Pembroke Pines, FL

A: I would recomend that you use FloMix to repair your 12 inch pothole. if  your hole is 2" or deeper you can add 3/8 " dry clean rock to the FloMix.
