Roklin’s disposable static mixers are quick and efficient for one-time use. These mixers simplify the application process because there's no need to worry about your mixer not being able to dispense quick-setting polymers.

The Static Mixer eliminates the common problem of materials setting up too quickly and clogging your equipment. With conventional meter/mix manifolds, the reactive materials meet and mix within the manifold so your polyurethane can begin to harden before it even comes out of the mixer. The clogged machine must be taken apart and repaired, a time-consuming and expensive task.

The Static Mixer has mixing tubes that eliminate this problem by transporting the A and B materials separately into the mixer. To clean, simply remove the mixer and wipe the manifold face clean.
