Return Policy

Our products are manufactured to conform to the specifications published in our product data sheets. We do not warranty the performance of Roklin materials or equipment, but will accept for return any product that does not meet the published specification.

We will accept product returnsonly if the following conditions are met:

1. A Material Return Authorization request must be completed and sent to Roklin for approval before any product can be returned for credit. We will review each request before issuing authorization to ship product to our plant.
2. Only unopened containers can be returned if unused product is within specification. If either the chemical or aggregate packaging has been opened, we cannot offer credit for the material.
3. Out of specification product must be documented by sending samples to Roklin prior to issuance of an MRA. In certain cases, we will issue credit without requiring product to be returned.
4. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs for in specification product that is being returned.
5. Product must not be more than six (6) months beyond the original manufacturing date.
6. All returned product will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, which will be deducted from any credit issued.
